Summary
Temporary role handling citizen enquiries and appeals for government schemes, coordinating with agencies, and improving service delivery using CRM, data analytics, and basic Python.
Position : Temp Staff – Engagement and Partnerships Division(Service Excellence)
Location: College Road
Contract Period: 1 August 2026 – 1 August 2027
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm
- Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
- (1-hour lunch break)
Salary:
$18.50 per hour (Degree holders with no work experience)
Job Responsibilities
- Handle enquiries and assess appeals from citizens regarding government schemes, ensuring fair and thorough evaluation of each case
- Liaise with various public agencies to gather necessary information, coordinate responses, and address citizens’ needs effectively
- Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements that improve service delivery
- Manage complex cases requiring detailed analysis and coordination across multiple stakeholders
- Work on projects involving a new CRM system and AI, with a focus on data analysis and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) implementation
- Conduct data analytics on quality service management queries from the public
- Other administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- Relevant experience in case management, customer service, or public sector administration with focus on citizen engagement and appeals processing
- Experience in liaising with public agencies and managing multi-stakeholder coordination
- Experience in process improvement initiatives and system enhancement projects
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Adaptable and resourceful in handling different tasks and challenges
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Proactive problem-solving attitude with willingness to learn and apply new skills
- Basic Python programming skills
- Experience with regular expressions for text cleaning, pattern matching, and data extraction from unstructured text
- Experience in reporting metrics, generating performance reports, or presenting data insights to stakeholders
