Temp Staff (Partnerships & Community Outreach) | Woodlands

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and logistical support for partnership and outreach events, including coordinating event logistics, preparing invitations, and compiling attendance and feedback records to ensure smooth programme delivery.
- Support the administration of donation records by processing acknowledgements, maintaining accurate donor databases, preparing financial documentation, and ensuring compliance with financial guidelines and charity governance requirements.
- Support the planning and implementation of youth engagement activities, coordinating logistics and administrative requirements to facilitate effective youth outreach.
- Handle procurement administrative tasks related to events and outreach activities, including vendor sourcing and ensuring compliance with government procurement guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors, including supporting cross teams events initiatives.
Requirements
Education:
- Diploma / Degree
Experience:
- 1–2 years of relevant working experience in community engagement, events coordination, or administrative support is an advantage. Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply.
Skills:
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
- Organised and meticulous, with the ability to manage administrative tasks accurately and within deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good to have
- Familiarity with government procurement systems (e.g. GeBIZ, Workday)
Contract Duration: 1 August 2026 to 31 January 2027
Working Arrangement:
- Monday to Thursday (8.5hrs): 8.30am to 6.00pm
- Friday (8hrs): 8.30am to 5.30pm
Location: Woodlands
Salary: $20.00 per hour (approximately $3,640 per full month of service). Salary will be pro-rated accordingly based on the actual service period.
