Job Summary
Support the whole recruitment cycle by sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for roles in the healthcare industry while ensuring smooth onboarding and team operations. Training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Source and engage candidates for the healthcare industry
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates
- Conduct first-round phone screenings to evaluate candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Guide successful candidates through onboarding processes and contract signing
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum diploma or degree in any discipline
- Enjoys engaging people from all walks of life
