Job Responsibilities
- Source and reach out to candidates for roles within the healthcare industry
- Review resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Conduct first-round phone screenings to assess candidate suitability
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Guide new hires through onboarding and contract signing
- Support the team in keeping operations smooth and responsive
