Play a Key Role in Clinical Research – Temporary, Full Time Role in New Orleans, LA!

Looking for a short-term position in healthcare, medicine, or clinical research? Help us move medicine forward by playing an active role in conducting new and innovative clinical trials in your community.

DelRicht Research is an integrated organization of premier investigational sites. Our mission is to move medicine forward by providing the best quality service to our clients and engaging more patients in clinical research. This is a full-time, temporary role projected to last 6-8 weeks, with the potential for extension or conversion to a permanent role. No prior clinical research experience required- just bring your attention to detail, curiosity, and enthusiasm!

As a Temp-to-Hire Patient Coordinator, you’ll support accurate, timely data entry and phone outreach to our patients. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintain accurate, consistent clinical data across various electronic medical record (EMR) systems
  • Demonstrate exceptional time management abilities
  • Independently review work product with careful attention to detail, proactively identifying and correcting data errors or quality concerns
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the site network, ensuring efficient and clear resolution of incorrect data
  • Adhere to best practices and training, proactively aligning work product to each clinical trial's unique requirements


Skills Needed to Win

  • Exceptional attention to detail, with an eye for quickly identifying errors or inaccuracies
  • Independently maintains organized, accurate work product with speed, dependability, and consistency
  • Clear communication skills and willingness to ask questions when priorities are unclear
  • Sound judgment and problem-solving skills when managing competing tasks
  • Comfort working in a high-accountability role, where your quality of work product directly impacts business outcomes
  • Experience working with structured processes, checklists, task queues, or other detail-oriented work
  • Previous clinical research, healthcare, patient scheduling, medical assistant, data entry, or administrative experience is preferred.

Compensation Range: $20-$22 per hour

Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Working Location: On-site in uptown New Orleans
