Temporary (6 month) Full-Time LPN or RN - Family Practice Clinics
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 36 hour, 5-day work weeks. This is a 6-month temporary position and will conclude at the end of the 6-month period. There may be an opportunity to remain in a PRN capacity following the completion of the 6 months.
About Us: Join our dedicated team at our Rural Health Clinics, where we prioritize patient care and collaboration. We are looking for a motivated LPN or RN to support our high-producing provider in a fast-paced clinic environment. Serving our 5 locations, based on need. Clay Center, Clyde, Glasco, Linn and Riley.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical support to the provider and clinic team.
- Manage patient interactions and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and addressing patient needs.
- Utilize Electronic Health Records (EHR) to document patient information and appointments.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient clinic operations.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a clinic setting preferred, but not required.
- OB experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration.
- Proficient in computer skills, particularly with EHR systems.
- Self-motivated and adaptable to the demands of a clinic environment.

Requirements:
Candidates must complete a post-offer physical, drug screening, background check, flu shot, and either a COVID-19 vaccination or provide an approved medical/religious exemption.
