Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Availability to work on an as-needed basis during scheduled exam periods.
- Ability to work exam sessions typically scheduled during the following times:
- 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM
- 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM
- 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout examination sessions.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and exercise sound judgment in a testing environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive student and examination information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Reliable, dependable, and punctual, with a demonstrated commitment to professionalism.
- Ability to remain attentive and focused throughout examination periods.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with students, faculty, and staff.
- Ability to enforce testing policies and procedures fairly and consistently.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn examination software and testing procedures as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in an educational, testing, administrative, or customer service environment.
- Previous proctoring, tutoring, teaching, or student support experience.
- Experience working with college, university, or professional students.
- Familiarity with accommodating students who have approved testing accommodations.
