Temporary Customer Service Administrator

Group Division:

At Arrow Engineered Products, we design and manufacture turnkey solutions for a wide range of customers with needs in nuclear, chemical mixing, heat exchanger, and autoclave systems, including fuel storage and various custom-designed pressure and non-pressure systems, all in compliance with ASME, PED, ULC, and API certified design criteria.

*Please note this is a temporary contract position for approximately 12 months*

Compensation Range: $55,000 annually, eligible for benefits

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Primary customer contact for all Purchase Orders
  • Confirm accuracy of POs upon receipt and enter Visual Manufacturing
  • Handle customer orders, including order entry, tracking, and follow-up. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products/services.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the customer service team, including preparing reports, handling correspondence, and organizing meetings.
  • Issue firm work orders to manufacturing / scheduling group
  • Work with Production Schedulers to coordinate of shipments to customers
  • Provide RMA’s (Return Material Authorizations) when required
  • Maintain up-to-date customer information in the company’s database, including contact details, order history, and preferences.
  • Perform EDI (Electronic Date Interchange) functions for customers
  • Follow all Occupational Health and Safety Regulations and Company Health and Safety Policies and Procedures
  • Telephone reception and routing of incoming call
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with the management team to improve services and customer experience.

Educational Requirements:

  • Highschool or Post Secondary Business Diploma or Degree preferred

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • Minimum 1 – 2 years progressive customer service experience within a manufacturing environment or combination of relevant experience and professional education
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills written & verbal
  • Meticulous attention to detail & dedication to continuous improvement
  • Excellent ability to multi-task & effectively manage many projects simultaneously
  • Positively and swiftly adapts to change

Equipment/ Tools/ Technology Used:

  • MS Office Excel, Word & Outlook
  • Visual Manufacturing

Physical Demands:

  • Sitting for long periods of time, some walking, standing. Repetitive use of hands / fingers to operate Computer keyboard and other office equipment
