📍 Location: Greenwich
📄 Employment: 3-Month Contract
💰 Salary: $13/hour

🕘 Working Hours:
• Monday – Friday
• 8.30am – 6.00pm

What You'll Be Doing:

• Handle customer enquiries professionally via phone and other communication channels
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer enquiries promptly
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant departments when required
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Deliver quality customer service while meeting service standards
• Perform other administrative and customer service duties as assigned
