Key Responsibilities\:
1. Provide administrative and clerical support for the department's daily operations, including filing, data entry, statistics, and record keeping.
2. Operate various hospital systems for supplies ordering, repair and maintenance requests, and duty input, as assigned by supervisors.
3. Provide audiovisual (AV) support and photography services for the centre's activities, including setup, operation, and image capture as required.
4. Coordinate with internal and external users to support simulation training programmes.
5. Provide technical support for simulation training.
6. Support simulation-related activities, including sourcing, inventory, and maintenance duties.
7. Manage the storage, inventory, and records of medical equipment and simulators.
8. Handle logistics for training courses, including venue setup, equipment and training material preparation, inventory management of equipment and consumables, and communication with staff and centre users.
9. Provide reception services, assist with counter and registration work, and handle enquiries from internal and external users.
10. Attend to Saturday duty as required.
11. Provide off-site support when needed.
12. Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Entry Requirements\:
1. University Graduates with experience; OR
2. F.5 / S.5 with
(a) HKCEE 5 passes including English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language; OR
(b) 5 subjects in HKDSE attaining the level specified below\:
(i) Level 2 in English Language & Chinese Language; AND
(ii) Level 2 in New Senior Secondary Subjects / “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category) / Grade E in Other Language subjects.
AND diploma in a specialized function AND relevant experience

Preferred Attributes / Exposure\:
1. Working experience in administration, preferably in a healthcare or training-related setting.
2. Experience in a multidisciplinary training facility.
3. Knowledge of the operation of various healthcare simulators and equipment.
4. Good interpersonal, communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
5. Self-motivated and responsible, able to work both independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
6. High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and Chinese word processing.
7. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
8. Commitment and flexible working hours.

2. Selected candidate will be offered temporary employment up to 31 March 2027.
3. Current final year undergraduates may also apply, if selected, appointment will be subject to their obtaining the requisite academic qualification within the current academic year (i.e.2025/26).
4. The service of Queen Elizabeth Hospital will be relocated to the Kai Tak Hospital in phases starting from year 2026.
