Tandia Financial (Tandia) is seeking a Temporary Full-Time ABM/AFT Administrator to join our Administration team. This is a Temporary Full-Time in-office position at our Administration Centre in Ancaster, Ontario. This posting is for an existing temporary vacancy and the starting rate of pay is $24.05 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administration and reconciliation of various transactions, E-Transfers and Interac Online Payments.
  • Post daily settlement of all administration clearing suspense accounts.
  • Review and verify data entered for credit products, payment alteration agreements, discharges, and payouts.
  • Preparation of ABM, POS & Interac Administration including daily settlement entries, and three-way ABM Balancing reconciliation.
  • Process ABM traces with Central 1 and the Credit Union Exchange program.
  • Canadian Depositary Receipts submission for all Tandia ABMs .
  • Administration of PaymentStream system.
  • Index-Linked products administration.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High School diploma plus one year job-related experience
  • Willingness to participate in learning and development opportunities
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
  • Working knowledge of accounting principles
  • Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems
  • Experience using banking systems is a strong asset
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Ability to work with others in a team environment
  • Problem solving ability and good analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate data processing skills
