Temporary GP Clinic Assistant (10-Week Commitment)
Commitment Period: 24 August to 31 October
Location: Near Sembawang MRT
Hourly Rate: $12 - $15/hr depending on experience and capabilities
Shift Schedule:
- Weekdays (Monday to Friday): 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Core Responsibilities:
- Register patients, manage GP clinic queues, and answer phone calls.
- Dispense medications accurately according to the doctor's orders.
- Have experience billing with CHAS, Medisave, HSG chronics and MBS.
- Handle billing and collect payments via cash, NETS, and credit cards.
- Assist Dr with procedures
- Perform ECG
- Arrange appointments for patients
- keep the clinic clean at all times
Requirements:
- Prior experience working in a Singapore GP clinic is mandatory.
- Familiarity with SGiMED Clinic Management Systems (CMS) and CHAS processing.
- Must be able to commit fully to the specified dates and shift hours.
