Temporary IT Support Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a Temporary IT Support Executive to provide first-level technical support to system and data migration for employees as well as to ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations during a 3-month contract period.
The successful candidate should be well-versed with system and data migration, responsive, and comfortable troubleshooting common hardware, software, network, and user-access issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist IT Department with system and data migration.
- Provide first-level IT support to users in person.
- Troubleshoot common issues involving:
o Windows PCs/laptops
o Microsoft 365 / Office applications
o Printers and peripherals
o Network and Wi-Fi connectivity
o User accounts, passwords, and access issues
- Perform basic setup and configuration of laptops, email setup for mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
- Prepare, setup and maintain basic IT documentation.
- Follow IT security, access-control, and company policies.
- Support other ad-hoc IT tasks and projects as required.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, Service Desk, or IT Support is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365.
- Good basic understanding of networking, hardware, printers, and user account management.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-service oriented and able to work independently.
Employment Information
- Employment Period: 3 months subject to extension depending on Business’s requirements.
- Office Location: Buona Vista
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
- Expected Salary: S$3,000–S$3,300/month, depending on candidate’s experience and technical skills.
