Temporary Merchandising Executive (Maternity Cover)

Merchandising role managing purchase orders, inventory, and stock distribution for retail stores using Excel and Shopify.

💼Employment Type: 4-Month Contract (Maternity Cover)
🕒Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Able to commit to the full contract period from November 2026 to March 2027

Key Responsibilities:
- Creation of Purchase Orders and follow up necessary requirements all the way to shipment
- Plan product launches and stock distribution to stores
- Inventory management including inventory movement between stores through replenishment and rebalancing
- Analyze stock movement, prepare and evaluate sale reports and repeat orders
- Be the point of contact for all merchandising matters for retail team
Skills Needed:
- IT savvy with proficiency in Excel V-look up and Pivot table. Familiar with Shopify system is an advantage
- Need to liaise with Chinese speaking associates
