Job Description
- Provide chauffeuring services for the Chairman, ensuring safe, comfortable and timely transportation.
- Carry out errands and other duties as directed by the Chairman or Admin Manager.
- Maintain the vehicle in a clean and presentable condition at all times.
- Perform daily vehicle checks and basic maintenance, including checking and topping up petrol and water.
- Coordinate vehicle inspections, road tax renewals and vehicle servicing when required.
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative duties and other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Valid Class 3 driving licence with a clean traffic record.
- Minimum 5 years of driving experience, with at least 3 years of experience as a Personal Driver.
- Strong safety awareness and good driving skills.
- Proficient in Mandarin and English, as the role requires regular communication with the Chairman and relevant parties.
- Punctual, reliable and able to manage time effectively.
- Good knowledge of Singapore roads and traffic regulations.
- Willing to work overtime, late hours, weekends and public holidays, if required.
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic and good sense of responsibility.
