Matches temporary staffing candidates with client needs in Dallas, screening applicants and coordinating placements while maintaining data accuracy and client relationships.

  • Client Consultative Sales: Work closely with Clients to understand their temporary staffing needs, including specific job requirements, duration, and any special qualifications requested.
  • Candidate Screening and Placement: Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess Candidates’ suitability for temporary roles and efficiently match them with appropriate Client requests.
  • Rapid Response Coordination: Manage and respond swiftly to short-notice staffing requests, ensuring quick and effective placement of temporary staff.
  • Feedback and Quality Assurance: Gather feedback from both Clients and Candidates post-placement to ensure satisfaction and continuously improve service quality.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about the trends and changes in the domestic placement industry to advise clients and candidates efficiently.
  • Adaptable and Quick-Thinking: You thrive in dynamic environments and can quickly adjust strategies to meet changing Client needs and Candidate availability.

Salary Range: 60,000 to 70,000.

The base salary range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the national salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance.
