Temporary Senior Business Analyst (11-month contract)
Summary
Lead requirements gathering, business analysis, process review, and documentation for system enhancement and digital transformation initiatives, coordinate project governance and IT compliance activities, and liaise with stakeholders for solution implementation and transition.
The Job
- Lead requirements gathering, business analysis, process review, and documentation for system enhancement and digital transformation initiatives.
- Coordinate project governance activities, including project planning, progress monitoring, risk and issue tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Support IT governance, compliance, risk assessment, privacy assessment, and follow-up on mitigation actions in accordance with required standards.
- Coordinate / Support the Emergency Call Systems enhancement projects, monitor implementation progress, and ensure adherence to established service, safety, and system standards.
- Liaise with internal users, IT teams, vendors, and external parties to facilitate solution design, testing, deployment, user readiness, and operational transition.
The Person
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- At least 8 years’ relevant experience in business analysis, project coordination, system implementation, or IT governance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of IT governance, compliance, risk management, vendor coordination, and UAT processes.
- Experience in healthcare, elderly services, social services, or life-safety systems would be an advantage.
