Temporary Service/Maintenance - 978647

Responsible for assisting with routine maintenance and repairs in campus housing facilities. Duties include basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC support, furniture repairs, room turnovers, and responding to work orders. Assists with inspections, preventive maintenance, and emergency calls as needed. Requires basic maintenance skills, ability to work independently, and good customer service with students and staff.
