We are looking for a talented individual to join our team on a temporary basis. This role will play a crucial part in supporting the Assistant Director of Analytics and Programming in Career Development & Professional Engagement. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to various projects and initiatives, gaining valuable experience in a dynamic university environment.
- Assist with data analysis and reporting, providing insights to improve career development programs.
- Support the development and implementation of career-related events and workshops.
- Collaborate with the Assistant Director to create engaging content for career-focused platforms.
- Help manage and update career-related resources and materials.
- Provide administrative support for the department, including email correspondence and document management.
- Assist with research and data collection for career development initiatives.
- Liaise with other university departments to ensure smooth collaboration on career-related projects.
- Offer support and guidance to students and alumni seeking career advice.
- Maintain and update records and databases related to career development activities.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with students, alumni, and staff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with data analysis tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in career development, recruitment, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with career assessment tools and resources is an asset.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in career development.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships.
