Tender Engineer / Tender Manager

At AXTech, every proposal starts with understanding the technical challenge.

We deliver custom-engineered lifting, handling and motion compensation systems where standard solutions do not always exist. Many projects build on technologies and systems we have developed and delivered over decades.

As a Tender Engineer/Tender Manager, you will be responsible for turning technical requirements into competitive proposals.

The role combines engineering judgement, systems understanding and commercial awareness. You will work closely with customers, suppliers and engineering teams to define the solution, coordinate technical input, prepare budgets and develop proposal documentation.

You are not expected to perform every calculation or create every drawing yourself. Your role is to understand the technical challenge, lead the proposal process and ensure that the final solution is technically sound, commercially competitive and clearly communicated.

We are looking for engineers who enjoy understanding complex systems, solving practical problems and taking ownership of a complete technical proposal.
