Tender Manager
1.Lead tender strategy and bid planning for assigned opportunities, including win strategy, bid programme, resourcing plan, and key assumptions. 2.Manage the end-to-end tender process as the single point of coordination across engineering, commercial, procurement, planning, HSE, legal and finance teams. 3.Direct and consolidate technical and commercial proposals, ensuring a clear, compliant and competitive submission aligned with client requirements. 4.Lead estimating and pricing activities, including quantity take-off review, cost build-up, risk/contingency evaluation, and pricing governance/approvals. 5.Ensure tender compliance and quality control, including document control, internal reviews, submission formatting, deadlines, and bid audit readiness. 6.Handle tender clarifications and negotiations with clients/consultants, coordinating internal responses and maintaining a clear bid position. 7.Support pre-award and post-award handover, ensuring all commitments, assumptions, exclusions, risks and commercial terms are properly transferred to the project team.
1. Bachelor’s degree or above. 2. Strong capability in market development, tendering, and project-related coordination; familiar with tender pricing / quotation work. 3. Solid understanding of local regulations, compliance requirements, and business practices in the target region; able to conduct market research and stakeholder engagement independently. 4. Excellent communication, coordination, and relationship-management skills; able to work effectively in a multicultural environment. 5. Good English proficiency (spoken and written)
