Tender Mechanical Engineer

We are looking for a Tender Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Beirut. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing technical and commercial proposals for mechanical works (HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting) tenders, from inquiry through submission, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Study tender documents, drawings, and technical specifications
- Prepare quantity take-offs (BOQ) and cost estimates for mechanical systems
- Request and compare supplier/subcontractor quotations
- Prepare technical and commercial offers in line with tender requirements
- Draft technical submittals and compliance/clarification documents
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams
- Track tender deadlines and ensure timely submission
- Liaise with clients and consultants during the bidding process
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 2–5 years of experience in tendering/estimation, preferably within MEP or mechanical contracting
- Solid knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit MEP is a plus
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills for BOQ and cost calculations
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Enrollment with the Order of Engineers and Architects is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
