Tender Specialist / Estimation Engineer

We are hiring a Tender Specialist / Estimation Engineer to join our team in the construction industry.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

- 5–8 years of experience in Tendering, Estimation, and Quantity Surveying within the construction industry.

- Strong experience in preparing Technical & Commercial Tender Submissions.

- Excellent knowledge of Quantity Take-off, BOQ, and Cost Estimation.

- Experience in analyzing Tender Documents, Drawings, Specifications, and Contracts.

- Ability to prepare detailed Material, Labor, Equipment, and Subcontractor Cost Estimates.

- Strong knowledge of Construction Methods and Pricing.

- Experience in obtaining and analyzing Supplier & Subcontractor Quotations.

- Ability to prepare Tender Comparison Sheets and Commercial Analysis.

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and relevant engineering software.

- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight tender deadlines.
