Tendering and Estimation Manager

Key Responsibilities: - Lead the tendering process from initial inquiry through to bid submission, ensuring compliance with all client requirements. - Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for projects, utilizing your expertise in quantity surveying and rate analysis. - Collaborate with project managers and engineers to gather necessary information for accurate bid preparation. - Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of costs and rates to inform future bids. - Analyze and assess risks associated with tenders and provide recommendations to mitigate these risks. - Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and ensure quality standards are met. - Present tender submissions to senior management and stakeholders, articulating the rationale behind cost estimates and bid strategies.
