Tendering Specialist
About the role
Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare sector, is seeking an experienced tendering specialist to join their team. As a tendering specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering cycle, with a strong focus on tenders, working closely with internal stakeholders and HMC counterparts to ensure compliant, timely, and successful submissions.
The ideal candidate will bring hands-on tender experience, strong stakeholder relationships, and a deep understanding of government procurement processes.
About the requirements
- Manage the end-to-end tendering process from announcement to submission and follow-up
- Prepare and submit tender documents in full compliance with HMC and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather technical, commercial, and legal documentation
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and on-time submission of all tenders
- Follow up on tender clarifications, evaluations, and outcomes with HMC stakeholders
- Maintain records, monitor upcoming HMC opportunities, and support contract award handover
About you
- Proven experience in tender preparation and submission, ideally within the healthcare or government sector
- Mandatory hands-on experience with HMC tenders and established professional relationships within HMC
- Strong understanding of tender compliance, documentation requirements, and stakeholder coordination
