TENNIS COACH
Summary
Deliver group and private tennis lessons for kids and adults in Singapore, following a structured coaching program and maintaining schedules and attendance records.
BTennis is looking for highly committed tennis coaches to join one of the most structured tennis coaching programme in Singapore.
This position is ideal for coaches who enjoy developing players of all levels, working in an international environment, and building a long-term professional life in Singapore.
Please note that this role is not focused exclusively on high-performance competition coaching. BTennis focuses on building a complete tennis community, from beginners to advanced players.
Coaching Responsibilities
Successful candidates should be able to deliver:
Mini Tennis (4–6 years old)
Kids Group
Adults Group
Private lessons for Kids
Private lessons for Adults
BTennis Colour Certification Programme
Participate in BTennis Camps and Special Events
Basic scheduling tasks and attendance records
Singapore Citizen / Permanent Resident
We are looking for Singapore Citizens and Permanent Resident coaches who have experience delivering quality lessons for both privates and groups and are:
Available during peak hours
Looking for a long-term commitment
Highly committed, reliable and punctual
Interested in contributing to a top-level coaching programme
Possessing a high playing level
Able to coach efficiently using minimal and adapted equipment, without relying extensively on basket feeding
Excellent communicator in English
Caring, fair and professional
Structured, organised and meticulous with scheduling, and attendance records
Proactive and able to take initiative
Able to follow BTennis procedures
Willing to learn and undergo continuous training
International Coaches
We are recruiting selected international coaches with the following profile:
25 to 35 years old
University or post secondary degree (Bachelor or higher)
ITF Gold or Silver coaching qualification (or equivalent)
Minimum 5 years of full-time tennis coaching experience
International coaching or working experience
Excellent written and spoken English.
Autonomous, organised and reliable
Willing to learn, improve and work as part of a team
Seeking a long-term career opportunity (minimum 2 years commitment)
Comfortable coaching outdoors in equatorial’s climate and with players of all ages and levels
Able to follow BTennis operational procedures
Priority Will Be Given To Coaches Who
Speak and/or write Mandarin Chinese
Already know Singapore and its tennis industry
Have experience in the Asian tennis industry
Have previous coaching experience in an international environment
