Tennis Court Apprentice

This exciting opportunity includes the necessary training to develop future Technicians and Supervisors. The Apprentice position offers excellent base pay as well as prevailing wages on public jobs, benefits, and career growth opportunities. As an Apprentice, your responsibilities are to:
- Learn and develop skills used on outdoor game courts for:
- Staging and planning work sites
- Squeegeeing colored paint
- Line painting
- Patching
- Mixing paint
- Adhere to all safety requirements and regulations
- Perform general tasks as directed
- Assist with setup and tear down of job sites
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks
- Complete truck logs in accordance with governmental regulations
- Assist with maintaining equipment
- Safely operate forklift
- Safely operate truck and trailers
- Safely operate various types of power tools and equipment
Work Conditions
- Outside in varying weather conditions
- Out of town requiring overnight stays up to 1 week at a time
- Following safety procedures when exposed to:
- Equipment capable of causing personal injury
- Exposure to chemicals
- Available to work weekends and nights as required
