Teradata Developer (Secret Clearance Required)

Solerity is seeking a Mid-Level Software and Database Developer to support IGC software-development, application-modernization, and database-development activities. The selected candidate will develop, integrate, test, and maintain secure application and database components supporting global transportation and logistics operations, with emphasis on SQL development, relational database design, application-to-database integration, performance tuning, and database modernization support.

• Hands-on experience developing and maintaining Teradata databases.
• Strong SQL skills, including tables, views, stored procedures, and data-loading processes.
• Experience with Amazon Redshift database development, data warehouse design, and query performance tuning.
• Experience migrating databases from Teradata to Amazon Redshift.
• Knowledge of ETL processes, data pipelines, and data transformation.
• Ability to convert database schemas, SQL queries, and ETL workflows between platforms.
• Experience with query optimization and troubleshooting database performance issues.
• Ability to validate migrated data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Experience supporting data warehousing, analytics, and database modernization initiatives.
• Develop, enhance, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise application and database components, including RESTful APIs, microservices, and system integrations.
