Terminal Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

Gather and Analyze operational data to identify trends, patterns and areas of improvement
Use tools like Excel and data visualization to present findings
Assess current workflows and systems to identify inefficiencies
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational performance
Create detailed reports and dashboards to track operational metrics
Document procedures, policies, and recommendations for continuous improvement
Work closely with departments such as shore operation, TS-LBE, finance, sales, IT to align operations with business goals
Facilitate communication between stakeholders to implement changes effectively
Identify operational risk and risks and propose mitigation strategies
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Leverage software tools and systems to streamline processes
Recommend and assist in implementing new technologies to enhance operations
Track Key performance indicators (KPIs) and assess the effectiveness of operational changes
Provide recommendations for ongoing adjustment to maintain efficiency

Qualifications:

Graduate of BS in Business Administration, Operations Management and Industrial Engineering
At least has 2 years of experience in Shipping Operations
