Ergon Trucking has an immediate opening for a full time Terminal Manager in their Tuscaloosa, AL location. This is a supervisory position that oversees operations and ensures the terminal operates safely, efficiently, and profitably.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strong Customer Service Focus
Terminal Compliance with State and Federal Regulations
Responsible for Facility Assets
Hiring and Training of Terminal Employees
Ensure Employees have and Properly Use P.P.E
Oversee Dispatch for Fairness, Effectiveness and Efficiency
Maintain a Work Atmosphere that represents Ergon in the Workplace, to the General Public and to all Customers and Perspective Customers

Minimum 5 Years Transportation Experience
