Key Responsibilities

• A. Customer Service & Complaint Handling

  • Manage customer complaints related to battery performance, warranty claims, and service issues.
  • Ensure timely resolution of complaints within defined TAT.
  • Monitor complaint trends and implement preventive actions.

  B. Warranty & Service Operations

  • Oversee warranty claim processing, validation, and approvals.
  • Ensure compliance with company warranty policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with field service teams and distributors for resolution.

  C. Service Network Management

  • Manage and strengthen service dealer/distributor network.
  • Monitor service quality across regions.
  • Conduct regular audits and performance reviews of service partners.

  D. Customer Experience & Satisfaction

  • Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Analyze customer feedback, NPS, and complaint data.
  • Implement customer-centric improvements in service delivery.

• Manage and strengthen service dealer/distributor network.
• Monitor service quality across regions.
• Conduct regular audits and performance reviews of service partners.

D. Customer Experience & Satisfaction
