Territory Manager - CMS
As a Territory Manager for IN - NOVATEUR ELECTRICAL & DIGITAL SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED (NEDS), you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our L7 - IN - LEGRAND - Project Sales department. Your primary focus will be on managing and expanding our CMS business, leveraging your industry expertise and relationships to achieve sales targets. - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve CMS sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with electrical contractors, PMCs, and OEMs to generate business opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business prospects.
- Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective marketing campaigns for CMS products.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify market gaps and potential new business areas.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our CMS solutions.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales executives, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining high ethical standards.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote our CMS offerings.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar sales or business development role, preferably in the electrical industry.
- Strong network of connections with electrical contractors, PMCs, and OEMs in the Hyderabad region.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales-related software.
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse range of tasks and responsibilities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
