Territory Manager

Evergreen is hiring a motivated, relationship-driven sales professional to own the Long Island territory. You’ll partner with independent retailers, including hardware stores, garden centers, pharmacies, gift shops, and hospital gift stores, and help them build assortments that inspire their customers. With 20,000+ SKUs across every retail channel, you’ll never run out of product to sell.

You’ll be supported by a proven playbook built on the habits of our top performers. Follow the process, and the results follow.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and grow a portfolio of 75+ accounts while prospecting new business
• Visit retailers to present new collections, review assortments, and identify growth opportunities
• Launch new product lines and seasonal programs up to five times a year
• Advise retailers on merchandising, product storytelling, and in-store strategy
• Use CRM and reporting tools to plan visits and track performance
• Attend market events, showroom visits, and seasonal summits

What We’re Looking For

• Proven sales experience, ideally with independent retail or gift
• An entrepreneurial mindset: you treat your territory like your own business
• Self-motivated, organized, and disciplined about following a process
• An eye for trends and merchandising
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, OneDrive)
• Adaptable, curious, and growth-minded
