for a Territory Manager for Italy to

As a Territory
Manager for Italy, you will own the commercial development of Italy by
driving partner growth, supporting localization initiatives, coordinating
regional marketing activities, and strengthening PECB's presence within Italy.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products,
services, and partner network effectively address the needs of the local market
while contributing to sustainable business growth.
About the position
The Territory
Manager for Italy is responsible for the commercial growth and overall market
development in Italy. Acting as the primary owner of the market, this role
develops new business opportunities, develops and supports partners,
coordinates localized marketing initiatives, reviews the quality of translated
training materials, facilitates participation in government funding and subsidy
programs, and serves as the primary local point of contact for partners and end
clients.
By combining
business development with market localization, the Territory Manager ensures
that PECB's products and services are effectively positioned to meet the
specific needs of the assigned territory while strengthening partner engagement
and driving sustainable market growth and business performance.
Main
Responsibilities
- Develop
and implement territory development strategies to generate new business
opportunities and expand PECB's presence within Italy.
- Identify
engage, onboard, and support new partners while ensuring a seamless onboarding
experience.
- Build,
maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with existing partners,
providing ongoing guidance and support to maximize their success.
- Serve
as the primary point of contact for partners and end clients within the
assigned territory, providing first-line support and coordinating with internal
teams when
- necessary.
- Review
and quality-check translations of training courses, examinations, and
supporting materials to ensure linguistic quality, consistency, and alignment
with PECB standards.
- Identify
relevant government subsidy programs, funding opportunities, and industry
associations within the assigned territory, and coordinate PECB's applications
and participation where applicable.
- Collaborate
with the Marketing Department to develop and execute localized marketing
campaigns that support business growth and market awareness.
- Coordinate
the development and maintenance of localized regional web pages showcasing
relevant training courses, partners, events, and market-specific information.
- Plan,
organize, and coordinate bi-monthly regional webinars tailored to the assigned
territory to promote PECB products, services, and partner engagement.
- Monitor
market trends, competitive activity, customer needs, and business
opportunities, providing regular market intelligence and recommendations to
management.
- Prepare
and maintain reports on territory performance, business development activities,
partner growth, localization initiatives, and market opportunities.
- Collaborate
with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Operations, and other internal
departments to successfully execute territory-specific initiatives.
- Ensure
all activities comply with company policies, quality standards, and applicable
regulations.
- Perform
other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Full
proficiency in English.
- Proficiency
in Italian is required.
- Bachelor's
degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, International
Relations, Economics, or another related discipline.
- Previous
experience in business development, account management, partner management,
sales, market development, or a similar commercial role is an advantage.
- Strong
interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to develop
strategic partnerships.
- Excellent
organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage
multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong
analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive and results-oriented
mindset.
- Excellent
verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability
to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional
teams.
- Strong
commercial awareness and customer-oriented approach.
- Proficiency
in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Willingness
to travel internationally when required.
