Territory Manager - Hungary


As a Territory Manager you will be part of our smart, diverse and fast-moving global team that is moving an industry forward, from analog to digital. We're doing complex work with innovative products including Invisalign clear aligners and the highly advanced iTero intraoral scanner, which give both Doctors and patients an improved experience. We have a direct business model and you will sell our products to Dentists / Orthodontists in your assigned territory. With your commercial acumen and influencing skills you will help drive digital adoption in these dental practices.

You will make an impact by transforming an analog process with clear aligners and innovative digital solutions that make straightening teeth easier, faster, and more accessible – helping practitioners grow their business and increase patient satisfaction.

  • Managing sales within the assigned territory.
  • Selling Invisalign and iTero products.
  • Implementing digital tools to enhance patient consultations.
  • Achieving sales goals through detailed planning of all territory activities.

  • Supporting educational and practice management activities.

  • Lead and coordinate all activities related to onboarding new clients into the Invisalign system.
  • Use insights and a consultative sales approach to educate customers and challenge them to modernize and grow their business.
  • Assist in implementing digital technologies and improving office processes.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Represent the company at industry events, including conventions and internal events.
  • Create and execute plans for high-potential clients based on a deep understanding of their business, goals, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Manage the territory customer base.
  • Engage certified doctors and build capacity for new cases.
  • Collaborate proactively to increase case volume.
  • Manage accounts within the assigned territory.
  • Report and analyze regional performance.
  • Consult with the supervisor and marketing team to meet sales targets and budgets.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and competence in dental/orthodontic equipment.
  • Strong business and financial acumen; ability to “sell with a pencil.”
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret scientific journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
