Territory Manager - Sales

As a Territory Manager - Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase market share and revenue. This role requires a strong understanding of the electrical field and the ability to build relationships with electricians and key stakeholders. You will work closely with the L7 - IN - INDOASIAN - Trade Sales department to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with electricians, contractors, and key decision-makers.
  • Conduct regular field visits to understand market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Provide product demonstrations and technical support to customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to the management team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company.
  • Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in the electrical field, preferably in a sales role.
  • Strong knowledge of the electrical industry and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions.
