As a Territory Manager - Sales (Project), you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.   • Lead and manage a team of sales executives, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to penetrate the building, contractor, and architect markets.
  • Identify and target potential clients, building a strong network and pipeline of opportunities.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitable and sustainable business relationships.
  • Maintain and update accurate sales records and reports, providing regular updates to the management team.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities, and adapt sales approaches accordingly.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales collateral and proposals.
  • Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to represent the company and build brand awareness.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record in the building, contractor, and architect sectors.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close deals, with a results-driven mindset.
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with sales CRM tools and software is preferred.
  • Ability to travel within the territory as required for client meetings and events.
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle for business travel.
  • A self-motivated and proactive attitude, with a passion for sales and business development.
