As a Territory Manager for IN - NOVATEUR ELECTRICAL & DIGITAL SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED (NEDS), you will play a crucial role in our L7 - IN - LEGRAND - Project Sales department. Your primary responsibility will be to handle and expand our presence in the Baroda area, targeting end-users, government sector entities, and consultants. By adopting a solution-selling approach, you will drive sales and ensure the growth of our business in this region.
- Lead and manage the Project Sales team in the Baroda area, focusing on Legrand's product portfolio.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to target end-users, government entities, and consultants.
- Expand our stockiest network and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective marketing campaigns.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to the management team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar sales role, preferably in the electrical or digital systems industry.
- Proven track record of successful sales performance and meeting/exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse range of tasks.
- Flexibility to travel within the Baroda area as required.
