Territory Sales Manager - Arizona

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for the sales & specification of Gerflor commercial and sport products towards the targeted market segments such as: Healthcare, Education, Sport.


Essential Responsibilities:

• Achieve an average 15 to 20 weekly visits to specifiers, flooring contractors, and end-user customers.

• Contribute to the achievement of a sales budget for the territory.

• Communicate on the company pricing policy.

• Promote Gerflor commercial and sport products by calling on distributors, their branches, flooring contractors and end users.

• Promote and achieve specification of Gerflor commercial products by calling on specifiers such as national and local architecture firms, interior designers, flooring contractors, healthcare systems, school districts, industry segment customers, general contractors, etc.

• Support flooring contractor sales team with products training as well as joint customer and specifier visits as required.

• Organize “lunch and learn” educational sessions with specifiers and appropriate customers.

• Maintain accurate, organized and up-to-date records of significant projects with a focus on targeted market sectors.

• Implement company practice concerning project tracking with the CRM.

• Participate actively in trade shows where Gerflor exhibits as well as in local events.

• Provide market intelligence concerning competition, distribution, product trends, standards, etc.

• Suggest ideas to contribute to the product range development.

• Participate actively to products field tests.

• Arrange and attend customer factory visits.

• Inspect and assist, when necessary, in complaint resolution on behalf of the company.

• Perform after the sale service, like maintenance demos, and project photography.
