From identifying automation opportunities to developing long-term service partnerships, you'll play a critical role in helping customers "Weigh Better."
What You'll Do
- Grow and develop your assigned territory through strategic prospecting and relationship building.
- Sell industry-leading industrial weighing equipment, automation solutions, and value-added service programs.
- Partner closely with Operations to deliver an exceptional customer experience from first conversation through installation and ongoing support.
- Build lasting customer relationships based on trust, expertise, and results.
- Create and execute territory business plans that drive market share and revenue growth.
- Conduct consultative sales presentations focused on solving customer challenges, not simply selling equipment.
- Leverage CRM tools and sales analytics to effectively manage your pipeline and achieve sales goals.
- Represent Carlton Industrial Solutions at customer sites, trade events, and industry organizations.
