Territory Sales Manager_Motion Systems

Responsible for increasing the sales revenue and profitable growth of MSG product in Taiwan.
Work on short and long term plans to grow the business, provide premier customer experience.
Provide leadership to field sales force, develop insights to division/customer relationships and how to support them on a continuous improvement basis. Work on short and long term plans to grow the product group business.

1. Sales responsibility for full range of MSG products in Taiwan and assigned
accounts.
2. Exceed annual sales target for both Taiwan territory and key accounts if any.
3. Create and maintain strong $ potential projects in Opportunities Pipeline.
4. Close won more than enough projects to compensate the project erosion and
lost.
5. Provide organization a regular update of customer business situation and
condition for division strategic planning purposes.
6. Identify market trend, customer needs, and market size/potential.
7. Identify new potential customers and applications.
8. Establish and implement mid-term (1-3 years) sales growth plan for Taiwan.
9. Provide market intelligence to aid in sound product development and
commercialization.
10. Provide sales management timely reports summarizing business activities.

1. Bachelor’s Degree (BS) – preferably in Engineering degree or related field. MBA is preferred, but not a must.
2. More than 5 years experience in sales and/or marketing requiring frequent customer interaction.
3. Experience in successfully developing and leveraging distribution channels as sales extension to achieve sales goals.
4. Experience of MNC will be a plus.
5. Strong Strategic Thinking mindset and sense of ownership.
6. Strong analytical, technical skills and problem-solving skills.
7. Detail-oriented and result driven.
