Territory Sales Manager - Premium Tobacco

About the role

Position: Sales Agent / Sales Representative
We are looking for dynamic sales agents to sell premium cigars to tobacconists, specialized shops,
lounges, and professional clients in the sector. The agent will be responsible for developing the assigned territory,
acquiring new clients, and managing the existing portfolio.

What you'll do

Main duties

- Develop sales in the assigned territory
- Make commercial visits to clients
- Acquire new clients
- Manage and follow up on orders
- Maintain commercial relationships
- Report on commercial activity
- Meet sales targets
- Represent the brand in the market

Requirements:
- Native or fluent Spanish
- Minimum 2 years of experience selling physical products
- Valid driver's license
- Results-oriented sales profile
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently

Nice to have:
- Experience in the tobacco, premium beverages, hospitality, or luxury sectors
- Existing client portfolio
- Experience as a field sales agent
- Knowledge of the local market

What you'll get

- Fixed salary: €1,500 gross per month
- Commission: 5% - 10% on retail price

from the Dominican Republic and Nicaragua. We are currently expanding our commercial team
