Territory Sales Officer - Center
- Develop Retail POS in Lahore under distributors
- Ensure sales of BF and other distribution products through POS
- Engage Small and medium housing contractors with Sika product and ensure sales through distributor/POS
- Organize End Users (Tilers, Painters, Applicators, Plumbers etc.) activities as per predefined plan
- Maintain distributor POS record in SRM software
- In Shop meets with End Users and Shop Salesperson
- Back selling activities in designated territory with Architects and Contractors
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience with any reputable Paint Company, Tiles & Sanitary, Building Materials or GT
- Know how about the Retail market of territory. Known with routs and comfortable with bike riding
- Understanding of building materials and construction chemicals
- Understanding of retail sales process
- Able to use MS office, prepare excel sheet, presentation and letter drafting
