Test Administrator
Summary
Administers standardized aptitude tests for military enlistment and student programs, ensuring security and proper testing procedures.
Intermittent Work Schedule This position does not provide guaranteed work hours each week, and work will be assigned on an intermittent "as needed" basis. This position will NOT lead to a full-time position. Intermittent employees are NOT eligible for benefits (see Addt. Information for more info). Applications will be reviewed and referred for selection at periodic cut-off dates. First cut-off is 8/18/2026 with referrals to follow every two weeks thereafter until position is filled.
Conduct specified aptitude examination sessions ranging in size from 1 to 40 persons (enlistment tests), and 1 to 250 persons (student tests).
Instruct applicants on testing procedures and start, observe, time, and end tests or test segments as directed.
Utilize computer systems and software to administer computer-based enlistment and student aptitude tests.
Oversee security and accountability of student test booklets at home, during transport, and at the testing location.
Coordinate use of facilities to ensure adequacy of testing environment, test room control, and test security measures.
