Test Analyst - Automotive Electronic Systems
Project description
We are looking for motivated candidates for an Automotive Validation & Testing position, with hands-on automotive experience and strong growth potential, to support electrical and electronic validation activities for automotive bus chassis projects. This position is focused on bench and in-vehicle validation of electronic modules, SW/HW release validation, troubleshooting activities, and support during prototype and production phases.
Responsibilities
- Execute validation tests on automotive electronic modules using test benches and vehicles. Validate SW releases following predefined checklists and procedures Support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis during prototype and try-out phases. Support validation of hardware, parameters, and electrical functionalities. Create technical reports and release documentation for HW and SW. Support improvements and automation activities for validation benches. Work closely with engineering, validation, and production teams.
SKILLS
Must have
- Technical degree, Technologist degree, or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in: Electronics Engineering, Automotive Engineering or related areas. 1+ year of automotive experience (including internships). Basic knowledge of automotive electrical/electronic systems. Basic understanding of CAN communication. Familiarity with automotive test tools: Vector tools (CANoe, CANalyzer, VN series) / NI tools (LabVIEW, VeriStand). Basic CAPL knowledge. Ability to follow validation procedures and technical documentation. Familiarity with oscilloscopes, multimeters, and automotive lab equipment.
Nice to have
Experience with automotive test automation. Experience with prototype or try-out vehicle activities Knowledge of LIN or UDS diagnostics. Experience in bus, truck, or heavy-duty vehicle projects. Experience with HW/SW release activities.
