Test Analyst (Manual and Automation)

Salary: ₱45,000 – ₱50,000 per month

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

• Must have 3 of experience in software testing within banking applications. (Non-negotiable)

• Must have experience in Automated Testing. (Non-negotiable)

• Must have experience with Web Application Testing for banking application. (Non-negotiable)

• Must have experience with Mobile Application Testing for banking application. (Non-negotiable)

• Must have hands-on experience in creating test plans, test cases, and defect logs. (Non-negotiable)

• Must have experience with agile project delivery frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). (Non-negotiable)

• Must have strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing lifecycle (STLC). (Non-negotiable)

• Proficiency in test management and defect tracking. (Non-negotiable)

• Knowledge of non-functional testing (performance, load, usability, security) is a plus desirable.

• Experience testing a Chatbot and EKYC Application is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills, able to clearly document and escalate issues. (Non-negotiable)

• Collaborative mindset, with experience working in cross-functional teams.

• Adaptable and flexible, able to manage shifting priorities and ad hoc assignments.

• Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple testing activities simultaneously.

• Continuous learning attitude with a drive for quality improvement and innovation.
