Test Analyst - Oracle Fusion

We are seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion Test Analyst to join a large-scale ERP transformation program during a critical SIT phase.
This is a hands-on role for someone with deep Oracle Fusion ERP experience who can step into an established testing environment, quickly understand existing scenarios and execute end-to-end testing with minimal supervision.
Working closely with the Test Lead, business SMEs and the implementation partner, you will:
You are an experienced Oracle Fusion professional who is comfortable being hands-on. You can walk into an established test environment, understand the business process, identify issues quickly and progress them without excessive supervision.
This is not an automation or test-design-from-scratch role. The focus is on hands-on functional SIT execution and genuine Oracle Fusion product knowledge.

Working closely with the Test Lead, business SMEs and the implementation partner, you will:
- Execute SIT 1 and SIT 2 across Oracle Fusion ERP
- Review and validate existing test cases and scenarios
- Execute end-to-end business process testing across Oracle Fusion
- Identify, raise, manage and retest defects through to resolution
- Work closely with the implementation partner to investigate and resolve issues
- Support the broader testing team through critical execution cycles
- Maintain clear test evidence and defect documentation
- Strong, hands-on Oracle Fusion ERP experience
- Experience across Finance and/or Procurement
- Demonstrated SIT execution experience
- Strong understanding of end-to-end ERP business processes
- Experience managing defects independently from identification through to closure
- Ability to work from existing test packs and become productive quickly
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Confidence working with implementation partners and cross-functional teams
- Oracle Fusion EPM experience
- Experience across both ERP and EPM
- Experience working with Accenture or another major systems integrator
- Jira and Xray experience
- Large-scale enterprise ERP transformation experience
