Test Analyst - QA Engineer

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer to join an international product team responsible for delivering high-quality, reliable, and resilient software solutions. As part of a cross-functional Agile team, you will act as the guardian of product quality, combining manual testing, product-oriented automation, and a shift-left mindset to ensure every delivered feature meets the highest quality standards.

• Budget: 90- 115 PLN net/ h- B2B

• Only candidates with citizenship in the European Union and residence in Poland

• Start date: ASAP (depending on candidate’s availability)

Project scope:

• Write and execute manual test scenarios using Gherkin (BDD) methodology

• Perform exploratory, functional, and regression testing

• Identify, analyze, prioritize, and report software defects

• Deliver clear and comprehensive quality reports to stakeholders

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scenarios focused on end-user experience

• Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of regression test suites

• Participate in quality ceremonies, including Bug Triage, 3 Amigos, and Quality Chapter meetings

• Support and improve the overall Quality Strategy within the product organization

• Promote shift-left testing practices across the software development lifecycle

• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other QA engineers in an Agile environment

• Share knowledge and quality best practices across the team

• Contribute to CI/CD and DevSecOps quality processes

• Contribute to improving platform usability and support processes

Competence demands:

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, combining manual and automation testing

• Proven experience in writing product-oriented test scenarios using Gherkin (BDD)

• Hands-on experience with Java and Cucumber test automation

• Experience with API and UI test automation

• Strong background in manual and functional testing

• Experience working in Agile software development environments

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps quality practices

• Ability to work effectively in complex, cross-functional product teams

• Strong analytical skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Very good English skills

Nice to have:

• ISTQB, TMAP, or Agile certification

• Experience contributing to quality strategy initiatives

• Experience working in large-scale international product organizations

• Continuous improvement and system-thinking mindset
