DAB Pumps is seeking a Test Automation Engineer to join the R&D Testing Team. You will design, implement and maintain automated test benches for PLCs and PCs, integrating sensors, instruments, valves, and actuators.
You will develop software for data acquisition, test control, and automatic result evaluation, translating requirements into repeatable tests. You will drive automated validation, define reusable architectures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while using AI tools to
Design, develop, and maintain automated test benches for PLCs, PCs, sensors, and actuators. Develop software for test equipment control, data acquisition, and result reporting. Translate product requirements into repeatable automated tests including regression and fault injection. Define modular, reusable test architectures and automation frameworks. Analyze measurements and logs to support root cause analysis with cross-functional teams. Utilize AI tools to improve test design, data analysis, and validation documentation. Lead transition to automated, data-driven validation processes and mentor colleagues. Master’s degree in automation or equivalent technical background. Experience in automated testing, product validation, or industrial automation. Experience designing test benches integrating PLCs, sensors, and actuators.
