Test Automation Engineer (UFT/QTP)

Salary: £36,000 - 60,000 per year

• Experience with UFT/QTP (Unified Functional Testing / QuickTest Professional)
• Strong VBScript skills
• Experience designing test automation frameworks
• Experience with CI/CD integration
• Experience with Jenkins and/or Azure DevOps
• Knowledge of STLC and QA methodologies
• Experience in automation testing

• Support a 6-month testing programme in the UK
• Build and maintain robust test automation using UFT/QTP and VBScript
• Improve automation coverage
• Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines
• Take ownership of automation activities
• Work closely with development, QA and DevOps teams
• Monitor test execution and defects
• Provide technical guidance across the testing function

We are offering a fully office-based contract role with 5 days per week onsite. We are looking for an experienced UFT/QTP Test Engineer to support our testing programme and strengthen our automation capability. The role focuses on building and maintaining automation, improving coverage, and integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines while working closely with our development, QA and DevOps teams.
